The only issue I have with being here is they are never open or close the office early whenever I am trying to get my packages my packages are always getting sent back because the office is closed at times it should be open in order for my packages to deliver…. For a complex with no package lockers the least you can do is be open until 6pm so the carriers can deliver the packages

I would strongly caution anyone considering living at this property. My experience has been extremely disappointing due to ongoing issues with both management and maintenance that have not been properly addressed. Throughout my tenancy, I have reported repeated maintenance concerns involving water damage and conditions consistent with mold-related issues. These problems have not been isolated incidents they have continued over time and have required multiple repair attempts. What has been especially frustrating is that management has repeatedly stated that repairs were “completed,” sometimes multiple times for the same issue, even though the underlying problems were still present. In my experience, marking work as complete does not reflect whether the issue has actually been resolved. Instead of ensuring the unit is safe and properly maintained, it often feels like concerns are minimized or closed out without proper resolution. This has left me in a situation where I feel I am living in conditions that are not fully safe or adequately maintained, despite ongoing reports and documentation. Communication has also been disappointing, as concerns are not consistently taken seriously or handled in a timely or effective manner. Maintenance responses have not resulted in lasting fixes, and the cycle of reporting the same issues has continued. Overall, I believe prospective tenants should be aware that there are ongoing concerns with maintenance quality, responsiveness, and the condition of units. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this property, as it does not appear that resident safety and habitability are consistently prioritized.

Beautiful apartments with awesome amenities and a FANTASTIC staff!

I’m honestly counting down the days until I can move out. I should’ve listened to the bad reviews. In just 3½ months, it’s been nonstop issues. My apartment was dirty on move-in, they didn’t provide the required trash can, and my keys didn’t work for the gym or amenities even after “activation.” I reported a smoky dryer, and they first said they’d replace it, then claimed they mixed my apartment up with someone else’s. Even after confirming the smell, they only want to look at it for five minutes. The bee nest on my patio still hasn’t been removed either. The staff is unorganized and nothing ever gets fully resolved. Save yourself the stress and don’t move here

I would give 1 star if possible. I’ve lived here in the Viridian for two months now. Upon moving in, the apartment was not clean at all. My parents and I had to sweep, mop, clean the bed, chairs, fridge and everything else, and that is just the state that the apartment was in. The dog section behind building 4 as well as the rest of the property have an incredible stench from the several piles of dog feces all around the property. The gates have been broken for 3/4 of the two months I’ve been here meaning, you’ll be paying to live in a gated community, whom’s gates will NEVER protect you. Multiple machines in the gym are broken. The maintenance is terrible, there has been multiple wasp nests on all three of my patios since I’ve moved in.
