I want to Thank Maria and Seneida for going above and beyond getting us in the apartment. I really appreciate it! Nobody knows how much I appreciate you all!! Seneida is very sweet. The office was closing for the day but she still made sure I was able to view it. That was so sweet. Now we will be moving in soon!!! Thanks so much ❤❤

I had questions about my support animal and Sophie was very helpful. She answered all my questions and put my mind at easy. I’m definitely going to consider calling this property my home!

Loved living here! Maria was super helpful during the leasing process and made everything easy. Seneida does a great job managing the property and maintenance is always fast.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE HERE!! Moved in summer of 2024. Prior to move in, unit was already dirty. During my lease, the hot water was out almost every month, multiple times a month. There was a time when the entire apartment was out of hot water for atleast 5 days. Management was alerted of the problem on a Friday or Saturday. Management stated that maintenance cannot come and fix the issue over the weekend. This is untrue. When the entire complex is out of hot water, this classifies the units as unlivable and constitutes an emergency. I believe the water wasn’t fixed until the very next friday or saturday. During the parking lot renovation, they notified tenants at 9 or 10pm the night prior that they needed to have their cars moved by 7 or 8 am the next morning or they would be towed. Very last minute notice on things like these. My roomate went to sleep at 9pm and walked outside to leave the next morning and found his car was being towed. Parking lot was only painted over. No pot holes fixed. High speed bumps that scraped the bottom of cars were not fixed. Constantly walked outside to find beer bottles and cigarettes throughout my hallway and stairs. Laundromat was okay. The dryer burned holes in multiple items of my clothing. My roommates clothing and bedsheets were stolen. There was once where I walked in and there was blood or some red substance smeared on the floor and on a dryer. Overall very unclean apartment complex. When attempting to move out, we submitted a notice online. After talking to management, they said they couldn’t find it so we filled out a physical form. After this, management lost our physical copy and suddenly found our online move out notices. We then had to fill out another physical move out form. Very unorganized. Overall worst experience at an apartment complex.
