The Remington Apartments

It's a great place to live. My stay was short but wonderful. Go there and talk to Karina. She's a ray of sunshine and will help you with everything related to the place. I recommend it and her service is 100%.

Well I wasnt going to but here we go. We have lived here since before the pandemic and have always loved it but the constant changing managers and the towing is Wrong! My Very disabled mother who has a note from the doctor that she must immediately be on the 1st floor for safety reasons (months ago I add) has been stuck on the second floor. Everytime she goes down, or up the stairs, she is risking a severe accident per the doctors words. I take care of her completely alone with Zero assistance and I am almost 50 with a bad foot. When I brought this to the office months ago, first they wanted Another deposit and were gonna raise our rent over a hundred a month to put us in a unit 100 square feet smaller. They said they would let us know YET there has been zero hurry. Multiple bottom apartments have opened yet nothing, much smaller I mean. My mother can not even walk by herself yet we are punished because we cannot afford anymore because I can only work gig jobs being a full time caretaker. Our car was towed a month ago because the handicapped placard expired by a few days. They now have like 5 towing companies and all said they did not have my car. I called the police and had to have them call the criminal tow company to admit they had my car. Corporate did waive the fees but my car was completely destroyed by the tow place. It would not start or even shift to neutral. I have called, emailed, even emailed the state but not one returned call or email. I have been walking to work at 3:30 am over a mile each way with a bad foot that healed wrong because I could not afford medical. This place has put my mother at Danger, she is trapped in the apartment without me, all over raising our rent Even with doctors notes. Second the CRIMINAL towing company that basically stole our car is one of the many corrupt companies they have. I can’t even have friends because 5 minutes after they park, they are towed if not checked in. This used to be a glowing 5 stars but now it’s a death trap for my mother and slowly taking from people who have nothing………
