My experience as a resident for nearly 7 years has been tremendous. It is a very peaceful neighborhood, along with a great property manager and maintenance. Being a minimalist, a studio was the perfect choice since it's cozy with an excellent size for storage. I also love the interior as it felt like I was living in a nice hotel. It's a great place to live, in my honest opinion.

This was a really nice place! I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a great and affordable option. The place has really improved now that it's under new management. Everything feels more organized and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the overall experience even better. If you're in the area, definitely come over!

I have to say The new Owners are doing so much to make the Property nice and liveable! Small complex, quiet, New hVAC , doing lots of repairs and camras and redid drive way Happy to call home now!
