The Oasis

I love living here. It's so peaceful and my neighbors are wonderful.

If I had to describe this place in two words they would probably be dirty and ghetto. When we first moved in there was a horrible stench that wasn’t really removable, especially in our cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. There’s roaches that show up every night if you don’t have a million roach traps set up. People would also leave cigarettes and other trash along the floor from time to time. As we lived here we had ATLEAST 3 packages stolen, one package was literally stolen the second it hit the floor by a neighbor. Also You can’t leave gadgets on your bike like a phone holder because that will get stolen. You also can’t have a carved pumpkin outside your door without the Halloween grinch coming by and smashing it after only an hour of it sitting outside. You also gotta make sure your doors are locked and secure because crazy maniacs will come knocking and trying to open your door at 3am for some unknown reason. This place is only getting a second star because it’s close to the university and pricing for a two bedroom is somewhat decent during these times.

If you like sleeping with bed bugs this is the place for you! Want no pool, washers and dryers that don't work? You'll love it. Noisy neighbors that litter everywhere? This place has it all!
