The Martino Group

I’ve been renting for the past 10 years and moved every 2 years so I have a lot of experience and renting from the Martino group has been so much easier than renting from anyone else. Their maintenance team is especially speedy and helpful. SHOUTOUT TO EDWIN!!! He fixed my washer so fast!!

I’ve rented from the Martino Group for roughly two years now and haven’t had a single issue with my experience here. We’ve had a few minor maintenance issues (happens everywhere), but Edwin went above and beyond in fixing our problems extremely quickly!! I would highly recommend renting from Martino to any friends/family. 10/10, love living here.

Over many years our carpet cleaning company has had numerous dealings with the Martno maintenance office. They have always been prompt, helpful, and professional in their responses to our questions or needs to get the jobs done. We usually have dealt with Lindsey, she has always been quick to return our calls or answer any questions we had. She is very knowledgeable and professional at getting the properties up and ready for the new tenants to move in. The Martino Group is a great company to have the pleasure to do business with. I wanna give a shout out to my apartment complex. I haven't lived here long but they seem to be on top of their renters. Lindsey has to help me with a maintenance request. She heard me when I called. Reassuring that her guys would take care of me. Then followed up with me once the request was complete. I hope to never have another maintenance request. But if I do I hope it is her and her company that makes it better! Im so happy to rent from them!

I have lived in a Martino group apartment for about six months and have had a pretty great experience so far. There are little minor imperfections with the property, but overall it's well maintained and things get fixed quickly. I just put in a work order to get a window fixed, and I even specifically wrote that it was low priority, but the repairman Pete came in and fixed it probably within about 2 days. I was surprised they came in and did it so quickly and did such a good job even though I specifically said it didn't matter much. Pete also was a generally friendly dude to interact with.
