I really enjoyed my time living at this apartment. The management was helpful and professional, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. Maintenance requests were handled pretty quickly, which made things much easier. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect for studying or just relaxing after a long day. The space was more than enough for a student like me, and I always felt comfortable and safe. Overall, a great place to live!

About to move out in about a week and I've had a great experience here as my first apartment! Hunter and Travis are both great and super friendly, management is the best!🙌 Yeah, you can tell the building is older, they were previously dorms back in the day, and sometimes her age shows. But they do have extermination come through for bug treatments and any problems with the water get fixed pretty fast 🤠 But if you're a student or just need a cheaper small space, this works great! Does the job for a first apartment 🙂↕️ Thank you !!

316Fry is great! The apartments are older, but they have everything you need. The management is amazing. Travis and Hunter do a great job of making all of the residents feel comfortable and welcomed. As a college student who wants their own space to live, I love it here. It is affordable and very close to the UNT campus. I would 100% recommend 316Fry.

Lived here for two years and it was amazing! This building is a bit old, but it’s probably one of the best places I’ve lived at. Travis and all the staff have been so helpful whenever I needed something fixed. The residents are always so friendly, and it really felt like I was part of such a great community. The price for rent is literally unbeatable. I am going to miss this place, and the staff so very much. Y’all are so incredible, and thank you for everything y’all have for my little family. To summarize, this apartment complex is just amazing. It’s a great place to call home.

- space was perfect for me - price is great - Travis and everyone else who worked there was always helpful, responsive, and caring - everything worked that came in the apt - the perfect location for a UNT student - people who live there are neighborly... the small community of cats are too - laundry room - a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen - walls are thick, considering someone is a wall apart from you - it always had good parking - big windows (my plants loved it) Overall, I really enjoyed living at 316. It's old, but with a small effort to make the place my own, I was able to feel at home there. The space is truly what you make of it.
