I visited this leasing office and interacted with several different staff members, and unfortunately most of them didnât take the time to really understand my situation. Tia was the exception â she was sweet, patient, and genuinely listened to what I was dealing with. While my case wasnât fully resolved, she was the only one who actually tried to help, and that effort made a real difference. More staff should take the time Tia does with people. Thank you, Tia!

Tia , my leasing agent , was so patient and helpful getting me through the application process. She was very knowledgeable and I highly recommend stopping in to check out Razor Ranch! Great team, and again Tia was a superstar !

If I knew before I would have looked for a better place. The unit is nice and newish but management donât care to enforce residents from keeping it clean. *Residents leave their trashcans out there for days after trash day. *Residents donât pickup after their dogs. *Resident violate the Texas transportation code 545.203. (Park on sidewalk). Maintenance does rounds every day and they should see all this issues and report them but management wouldnât care anyway because we have reported this and nothing is done. Also and most importantly their pest control sucks, and they know and they donât care. Maintenance is s different story. Theyâre probably the only ones that show up for residents when needed.
