Prose Prominence

I’ve lived here for almost a year now, and overall it’s been a really positive experience. Management is one of the biggest reasons why. Omar and Hailey are professional, responsive, and very upfront — especially about things like the parking situation. They’re honest about the challenges in certain buildings and don’t try to sugarcoat it, which I respect. Communication from the office is clear, and they’re quick to provide solutions whenever something comes up. Maintenance has also been great. Most service requests are addressed within 24 hours. If a repair requires more time, they’re transparent about the timeline and keep you informed. The property itself is clean and well maintained, and it’s generally quiet during late-night and early-morning hours. The appliances are all Samsung (including a smart oven and separate washer and dryer), which makes the unit feel modern and convenient. The internet has been reliable as well — I usually get around 100+ Mbps on weekdays and slightly less on weekends, but it’s still very usable. In my opinion, parking is really the only downside. Buildings 1 and 2 can be difficult after about 11 p.m. due to limited spaces. Buildings 3 and beyond don’t seem to have the same issue, although I can’t say that with complete certainty. Carports are limited across the complex as well, but the leasing office does their best to notify residents when one becomes available nearby. For the price, I genuinely feel like you get great value here. The community is welcoming, and the leasing office regularly hosts events that help bring residents together. Overall, I’d recommend it.

It’s been over a week and it’s nearly impossible to enter/exit our apartment without slipping from all the ice. It’s crazy how little regard there is for people’s safety from Prose Prominence. Definitely very disappointed by the lack of community safety standards.
