Lived here all through grad school for 3 years. If you are looking for something affordable as you go to school or just need something affordable then this is the place. Its nothing fancy but it was home for those years. Pros: - affordable - clean - pest control every month or so and never had any pest problems - quiet, no loud music or loud people - amazon locker on site - maintenance would fix whatever we needed - no need for online portals to pay, just pay with check - management actually knew who we were within the first few months and knew what unit we were in without asking us. Cons: - no in unit laundry but there are cleanish laundry facilities on site - pool is poorly maintained - bathtub was kinda bad, they had painted it and it looked nice at first but it peeled eventually. - if you live in a loft, especially with a window it can get warm upstairs if you dont have a fan. Overall, if you need somewhere clean and safe to live in, this place is better than most other places in Denton for a fraction of the price. Kept us safe through snow, rain, tornado warnings, hail, etc….

I have lived here for 5 years. Never had a problem with the managements. Every-time I call to make a request they get there the next day or the same day.

Management was very flexible and kind. The room was well taken care of. Sometimes it took a while for maintenance to get done. When they did they were nice and got the job done. If your looking for an adorable place to live this would be the place

Slum. They never fix anything that breaks in your apartment. They're never in office on 1st somehow they are always at lunch or whatever at 9:30 am after they open at 9. They put a noisy water spicket on my unit now n i work nights. Just do yourself a favor and dont live here.

While traveling from Houston to Sanger I had a flat tire and had to pull over into their parking lot to wait for a tow truck. It seems like it took a while for the driver to arrive and the apartment staff was kind enough to allow us to be there without any issues. Thank you again.
