Pecan Grove (Oak & Hickory)

srsly disappointed by the lack of accountability and response from the staff. on 2/28 management brought in a contracted pest control team that left my door unlocked, unfortunately i had been out of town and my door was left unlocked for 3 days straight. a few items went missing from my apt, nothing big enough to report but definitely valuable to me . the item was taken from inside my bedside table, meaning someone came in to my unlocked apt and only took that singular item from my bedside table or pest control was snooping around my personal belongings when i wasn’t around. I emailed scott’s brown property and got no response from their office. i’ve had delivered items stolen from my front door and my car. i would stay away from this complex and scott brown in general, they do not care for their tenants

This was my home away from home while working temporarily in Denton. The management was so wonderful and you can definitely tell they took care of the property! It's extremely quite, I parked next to my apartment and I had a great experience. Really thankful for your accommodations while I was in Denton.

Nice apartments

Decent place. Rent is cheap, but my apartment is haunted by an evil spirit who pours water from my Brita pitcher without refilling it.

For the price it's a good place to stay in town, regardless keep your wits about you.
