Parkway Commons

I understand that this is the heaviest snow we got in Lawrence in years, but this is still not acceptable. It has been days after the snow, and if you could clear the snow a bit more at the beginning instead of leaving a layer of snow left, it wouldn’t turn into ice now and make it very difficult and dangerous to walk and drive.

If it’s possible to give zero stars I would definitely do so. Absolutely terrible experience with the management here. I returned my garage key on October 1st and was still charged $75 for the month, even though I had paid for a full month of service. Management claimed I had to return the key by September 30th at 5 PM, which makes no sense considering I paid through the entire month. When I raised this issue, the employee in the office Baeron Warren was incredibly rude and unprofessional, telling me to take it to court and to send an email for their attorneys, who would handle the situation. The guy started talking loud, and acting as he’s POTUS when he only runs an apartment complex lol. I can't wait for my lease to be over so I can move out. Save your time, save your money and find somewhere better to live where they won’t try to nickel and dime you for every little thing. Would not recommend this place to anyone, Baeron will do everything to charge you for anything. Also, he keeps bringing up the topic about having his attorney’s involved, underestimating that people can hire attorneys as well! Also, I had a leak in my restroom for the past 3 months, they come and supposedly fix it, but still leaks all through the restroom! Thanks God I got pictures of that in case they try to take my deposit which is definitely something Baeron would do.

I lived there for two years and the public areas were never maintained, if you want to use the clubhouse you have to reserve and pay a fee of $50 plus a deposit of $200. one of the most expensive rentals in town. Always a problem to talk to the administration because the Office is always closed. I don't recommend it to anyone! the basketball court's been like this for two years, the hot tub by the pool didn't open last summer.

I loved living at Parkway Commons these past three years. This community felt like a home away from home while I was attending law school. I’ve lived all over the country, in several different apartment complexes, and Parkway Commons was by far the BEST experience. I always felt safe and looked after, and the community was the perfect place to raise my little pup. 🐶🐾 My move in under the previous property manager was a little rough as she was incredibly rude to me and my parents. But moving out was a breeze with the new Property Management team, Baeron and Stacy. They are so incredibly kind and helpful. I couldn’t have imagined living anywhere else. Thank you so much Baeron and Stacy! I will miss you!!

I am moving my daughter from Southern Utah to Lawrence. We actually stumbled upon Parkway when another fell through. Baeron pretty much adopted her from the get go! He has been so helpful and understanding through the entire process of application and move in from a distance! I would totally recommend this complex to anyone!
