I absolutely love living here. Our apartment is beautiful, and the staff truly make this place feel like home. I want to give a very special shout-out to Mikal, because he is genuinely one of the biggest reasons this community feels so welcoming and supportive.Recently, my husband and I decided that we wanted a little more space on the property. Mikal and U’Niq took the time to sit down with us, go over all of our options, and help us come up with the best plan. Thanks to their help, in just a couple of weeks we’ll be moving into one of the townhomes, and we’re so excited. The entire transition has been smooth, easy, and stress-free from beginning to end. It honestly couldn’t have gone better.The whole Marlowe Denton team is wonderful, but Mikal truly shines. He is incredibly patient, kind, and professional. No matter how many questions my husband and I had, he always took the time to respond to our emails and make sure we understood everything. You can tell he truly cares about the residents and wants everyone to feel happy and supported here. That level of dedication is admirable, and it means so much.One of the things that makes this community so special is the resident events—and Mikal is the one who plans them. He puts so much thought and effort into creating fun events that bring residents together and help everyone feel connected. From breakfasts and lunches to community gatherings, he always comes up with creative ideas that make living here even more enjoyable. I believe next week they’re even having a food truck come to the property, which is such a fun and unique idea. It’s things like this that really show how much he cares about building a strong community here.Even though we’ll be moving to the other side of the property into a townhome, I’m so happy that we’ll still get to be part of these events and continue enjoying everything this community offers. The customer service here is truly outstanding. The staff are always friendly, prepared, and willing to help. I’ve never once felt dismissed or judged when reaching out to the office. When we call, someone is there to talk to us, or they return our call quickly if we leave a message.The maintenance team is also amazing. Whenever we’ve had an issue, we’ve called, and it’s been fixed the same day. That kind of responsiveness and care is something you don’t see very often.The apartments are beautiful, the townhomes are beautiful, and the people who work here are wonderful. What really sets this place apart is how much the staff genuinely care about the residents. That level of care is rare in apartment living.I recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in Denton. Time and time again, they prove how amazing this community is. People like Mikal make all the difference, and we’re so thankful for everything he’s done to make our experience here such a great one.If you’re thinking about moving here, stop by and see for yourself—you won’t regret it

I moved into the Marlowe in August & I have no complaints! I absolutely love living here as Madison helped me with everything I needed to know/get done! You can tell she loves the property & knows her stuff! Madison is a ray of sunshine!

This apartment complex has a great maintenance service team. Nick and Hicks came out the same day to check on my work order for my dryer, the very next day they already had a new dryer to swap it out. Very respectful and timely.

I truly want to thank Mikal Reed and show my appreciation on this page. My fiancé and I were stressed about the moving and tons of other things with the place, but he had answered all questions I had and was able to reassure my fiancé about some of the doubts we both had. He was very patient and kind with us and went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. Thank you again Mikal!
