Legacy Trail Apartments

We have lived here for almost 3 months. Everyone is amazing, we love our neighbors, property manager, & the maintenance guy! I see a few bad reviews but they are from at least a year ago & they changed property managers since from my understanding. The property manager is AMAZING! When we’ve emailed him with questions he’s got back to us within a few mins (an hour at most) even on his day off. We are young so we had an issue with our bank paying our rent with a check (that was completely our fault) and Michael (the property manager) was so understanding and kind! The maintenance guy is amazing if there any issues with the apartment he comes the day of and fixes whatever needs to be fixed and he’s a very nice guy!! All of our neighbors are so kind and welcoming. We love it, I would definitely recommend!

I have absolutely loved living here this past year. The management is amazing, as are the whole maintenance crew. It is so clean and well taken care of here for the great prices too! Please consider Legacy Trail if you want great management, clean property, and great prices on rent! Thank you management for making our living here so wonderful. 🙂

I have lived at Legacy Trail for almost 2 years now and I will say this, if you are looking for a nice apartment community in the Norman area, I highly recommend Legacy Trails. The apartments are modern designed and are very nice for the price. Management is very good at communicating and keeping up with the tenants needs and maintenance does a good job at keeping up with the property and each individual apartment. The application process is easy and Management is very easy to work with and they are always friendly and very flexible. The pool is nice, well maintained and taken care. There are alot of extra amenities that set this place above others. They provide valet trash sevice, they offer garages, they have a dog park, a community grilling area with 2 stainless steel propane grills. The community is quiet and everyone seems friendly. I give this place a 5 out of 5 and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in Norman.

My fiancé and I lived here for 3 years and have zero complaints, only appreciation and love for this place. They have 2 women that run the front office and 2 guys that do the maintenance and the 4 of them together made for such an easygoing, friendly & on top of it environment. Best apartment team you could ask for. They have regularly scheduled lawn care, & bug spraying and air filter changes. A fantastic app to keep you up to date and informed on everything going on or coming up. They are also partnered with Apartment Life which is a group that works with the complex to schedule food trucks and fun little apartment get togethers and activities. The layout of the complex also gives for a very condo/neighborhood feel. Which makes for a much more homey and cozy environment. Couldn’t have asked for a better apartment experience, really a wonderful place to call home. Highly highly recommend.

Great apartment living - would recommend! I'm having to move to be closer to work after living here 2 years. I have been very comfortable here. Grounds well kept, built in 2017 so appliances great and paint is bright, floorplans provide lots of natural light. Most pet owners are responsible for pet waste pickup. Haven't had but one maintenance issue and it was fixed within a day without fuss. Parking rarely an issue - some apts have closer parking than others so choose wisely if that's a big deal for you. Pros: Location, clean, good neighbors, parking, dog parks, nice pool. Good lighting for walking the dog at night. Cons: Amenities are slim besides the pool, maybe a gym membership these days but it doesn't include childcare there. Wish new mgmt woulds add a playground. Normal apt things like I frequently hear my upstairs neighbors cat thundering around. Also minor design annoyance in my floorplan: thermostat is directly opposite wall where dryer is so when doing laundry I have to turn up the A/C or we freeze.
