Great landlord... any issue I had maintenance was right asap... did not neb then but twice in a year... they still showed up and are very trust worthy... Gary is a great person...

The management is very poor and often late in providing maintenance services, in many cases taking more than a week. They still rely on a manual system where you need to go to their office and submit a check to pay rent. After I moved out of the apartment, they sent me a statement of $1,250 because the kitchen was dirty and there were cockroaches. However, this doesn't make sense, as the maximum cost to clean the kitchen would be $100. However, when asked to show proof of the damage, they were unable to do so.

I lived there for a year. Quick and reliable maintenance service. Honest and genuine people, we paid little extra for 15 days rent while moving and they returned it with our deposit. And, they returned our whole security deposit which is rare. Don’t charge extra. Highly recommended for students especially from South Asian region. They treat everyone nicely!!!

The best management EVER. My college years in adult life was spent well at these apartments. The most time I've ever lived in one spot. Quiet and safe since UNT police on constant watch. The other tenants respect the contract of no pets, no noise. Well at least while I lived there. Parking decal is per bedroom size. One per room essentially. I worked with Joy and it was a pleasure every TIME. My whole experience was a total blessing.♥️

This was my first apartment in Denton. Joy who works at the office was very nice and whenever I had problems in my apartment they respond fast. It was also cheap and quite a big place. As an asian person the wood floors were really to my liking. This was their 1 bedroom West Oak location.
