Be careful before applying here. I paid application fees, changed my plans, and went through the entire process based on information that wasn’t even correct. I was told I qualified for a 1-bedroom after being denied the 2 bedroom I originally applied for. Then I found out there were actually no 1 bedrooms available at all. The explanation? The person I was talking to was supposedly just an AI assistant that “doesn’t know what is or isn’t available.”(all communication was by phone, by the way) So why are people being allowed to apply and pay fees for unavailable units? Moving states is stressful enough without being misled and wasting money.

The website say they have low income units available, but they're saying it's a 2 year waitlist for one. Which is it?! Seems like they give the unit to whoever they want. I guess I'll have to go above the office staff to find out.

Loved my apartment, staff is great but they arnt timely on responding, community was nice it’s a beautiful complex I just wish they kept up with their landscaping more! Also flock cameras posted at both gates so the gov def knows where your at!

My lease is over In 4 months. I’ve never received a key fob. Key Fob gives you access to the Gym.
