Hillside Apartments

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. My application was denied because my dental hygiene license was still in process, even though I already had a confirmed job offer for when my license is issued. While I understand that they must follow their policies, the denial came just three days before my scheduled move-in date. The part that surprised me the most was being told that my $500 deposit would take up to 30 days to be refunded. If my application was going to be denied under their policy, I wish the deposit hadn’t been processed so early. Additionally, I was informed that I would need to pay another $150 application fee if I decide to reapply after receiving my license. I hope future applicants receive clearer communication upfront to avoid similar issues.

The property is very well maintained. The apartment we looked at was very nice and also well maintained. Wendy, who is the assistant manager, was very informative in all the specifics about the apartment. She took her time in explaining all the different options that were available and was very kind and patient in answering all of our questions. Looking forward to joining this community.

I've lived here for a few years a while back and recently moved back. During my entire time living here, maintenance has been hands down the best at getting the job done and very nice people.

Only been in my apartment for a few days so I really can’t give a good review, but so far so good. Staff has been very friendly and professional. Updating since I had two maintenance requests in two days. Very prompt and professional response. Fixed both issues with no problems. Final update: I moved out after buying a house or I would have stayed there. The complex is very quiet and the management staff were great! All maintenance issues were done in a timely and professional manner.
