We lived here for about a year and a half and had a really good experience. We recently moved after buying our first home, but this was a great place for us. Our 2 bed / 2 bath was a good size for the price, and the location near Rayzor Ranch is super convenient, close to everything. Even though it’s right by 35, it stays surprisingly quiet. The property itself is well kept, with plenty of parking and a nice area to walk around. The pool is also a great bonus. David, the manager, is friendly and communicative, and he does a good job keeping residents in the loop about events and updates. Overall, solid place to live.

I have nothing but nice things to say about the way this place is ran. First of all, during a snow storm the property manager David walked to my apartment to help my door get unstuck. This is while it was actively snowing and almost instantly after i sent my email asking for advice to unstuck it. The homes are beautiful and well-maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and thoroughly. 10/10 experience. Ive been here for over a year and am seriously impressed and grateful.

I have lived in an apartment here since 2018 and have loved being here ever since. The manager, David, is incredibly kind, and maintenance is quick and efficient. I love having a patio with the fence and outdoor and enjoy having the natural light that comes in from the large sliding doors. There is for sure a sense of community and the pool is great to have in the summer! :)
