Era

I lived here for 2 years beginning in August, 2024, ending in July 2026, and I was the first person to live in my first floor S1-1 unit. I have to say that I had almost no complaints and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Era!! Walking to class at UNT was easier than ever, with the center of campus being only a 10 minute walk. The complex itself is super quiet and feels incredibly safe, as a woman living alone that was very important to me. Maintenance is incredibly fast (I’m talking submit a request and they might be there a few hours later) while also being on top of things like air filters/fridge filters so you don’t have to worry. There was a small roach problem in the beginning of my time there (which is expected from most apartments, and I was on floor 1) but pest control was quick to spray and maintenance filled a hole under my toilet that they came out of and the problem was reduced! Lastly, I almost never heard my neighbors, the gym was amazing (miss it already) and the parking garage was SOOOOO NICE especially when it snows/hails or is 105° degrees outside!!! I am genuinely sad to leave Era and the community they built was truly special. It really does feel like they care about you and you are not just a name on a screen like other complexes :)

The BEST apartment with the best move in process and the best people. I recommend on a daily basis!!! The apartment was spotless moving in and help was always around the corner:) One year later and we just moved out of Era. We are so sad to leave this wonderful apartment. Kenna has been our agent and was so great. The whole staff was so attentive and always willing to help. Era is the perfect college apartment!

What a beautiful property this is in Denton. So close to I35 and the UNT Campus. This property looks like an expensive hotel. I recommend checking them out.

Nicole, Kenna, and Bella were a huge help throughout the entire leasing process. Even though it took about a week to get everything finalized, they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive every step of the way. Their professionalism made the experience much less stressful, and I can’t wait to move in! One of my best friends already lives here, so I’ve visited many times while working in the conference room, which is a great amenity. The property is always clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Walking into the lobby honestly doesn’t feel like you’re in Denton, it has a much more upscale and modern atmosphere. I’m excited to be joining the community and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live.

One of the ladies at the desk…needs a raise for her ENERGY alone. She literally made my day and I dont even live there I was delivering packages. Sometimes a kind gesture can give a person a lot more to live for. I dont wanna give too many details but I’ll say I asked to make some coffee because I had been out working since dawn….and she went further to make me comfortable. I’ve thought about her and her well being every single day since then. Obviously she loves her job so someone must be treating their employees well. I’d live there if I lived in DFW. Just because of her kindness. But I’m just here for work for a little while!! If u remember me, I wish you all the peace love and abundance our creator has destined for you and everything else good.
