Edit: The management listened to the complaint of people and since they changed the pesticide company, I haven't seen roaches at all in my apartment besides 1 or 2 in a month which is very much manageable. Changing the stars to 5 since now I have no complaints from this new management. Front Desk associate Jhaden is the person to get in touch with, very polite and courteous whenever I have had to interact with him. Old review: Roaches are an issue at times. Even if you keep the place super clean and call past control every month. The pool area is a big sell. It is very well maintained and all of the common areas are well maintained. The staff is responsive whenever you need them.

I lived here for 3 years (I was the first person in my unit) and was very pleased at the beginning. I had the same management for the first 2 years and I loved them. I experienced ants my first year and they helped to resolve that issue. During my third year I started noticing roaches the last 6 months. I kept my unit very clean but people would leave their trash in the hall. I had to move all my furniture and everything out of my bathroom at one point which was very time consuming. They of course didn’t give me my deposit back which was frustrating. My little sister was looking to move out on her own and I was going to suggest Eastpark as I loved it so much for the first few years but from the most recent reviews it looks like the roaches have not been taken of which is extremely disappointing. *EDIT* To their reply. I found this extremely unprofessional as I was sharing my experience! I never expected my full $250 deposit as I lived there for 3 years but when I hired a professional cleaner to come and deep clean the whole place I would expected to not have been charged $10 for a drawer that had not been cleaned (evidently) it was jut wild to me that all the charges somehow equaled $250. Part of a review is sharing MY experience and like I had said the previous management was WAY better. I hope y’all can continue to listen to your current and past residents and do better by your future ones.

I lived here for over a year, and my time was challenging, primarily due to persistent issues with pests and maintenance. The unit was consistently infested with roaches. The required pest control process was disruptive: I had to move all my belongings and furniture for each treatment, but the roaches would return within a week, making the effort feel pointless. The HVAC system was also a major problem. It was constantly loud and did not cool the unit effectively, which was very uncomfortable. Move-Out Charges After moving out, I thoroughly cleaned the unit. In my opinion, the condition was standard, with only expected wear and tear. Despite this, the management chose to replace the carpet and sent me a bill for the cost. I found this charge excessive and unwarranted. Based on my experience, I believe the management employs tactics to charge former tenants for items that should be considered normal operational costs, such as replacing old carpets. I would advise prospective renters to carefully review the lease and be prepared for potential disputes over move-out charges. P.S: I had to rephrase my review using AI to sound less harsh and avoid using any unpleasant language but doesn’t mean my experience was any less unpleasant

Living at Eastpark Blvd Apartments has been an absolute nightmare. No matter how clean we keep our unit (and we are meticulous), we’ve been dealing with a severe roach infestation. We’ve raised multiple requests with the management, and every time, it’s the same story: ignored, dismissed, and left without any real solution. The management here does not care. Period. They don’t listen. They don’t follow up. And they certainly don’t take accountability for the condition of their property. It is frustrating beyond words to live in such a well-kept unit and still feel disgusted every day because the property refuses to treat the root of the problem. Save yourself the stress. I would never recommend Eastpark Blvd Apartments to anyone. If you are looking for a place that values tenants and actually maintains livable conditions, look elsewhere. This place is a joke, and unfortunately, the residents are the ones paying the price for their negligence.

Avoid at all costs. This place is a roach infested dump with awful management. I had maintenance in my unit multiple times over the course of 2 months trying to have them handel tge german roach infestation in my unit and not only did they completely fail to do anything meaningful but they sprayed so much pesticides that my floors and cabinets were soaked and there were stains left in the drawers and cabinets. In the end I had to pay out of pocket for my own bait traps to make it live able for the remainder of my lease. Not only did they fail so miserably that there were roaches IN MY FRIDGE, but they are also trying to pile on inflated charges like claiming they needed to do a heavy cleaning, and replace all of the carpet due to "excessive wear and staining" neither of which is reflected in the pictures below that I took minutes before handing in my keys. I will also include a picture of the fridge roaches. They are also refusing to provide any evidence for the charges unless you go in person. Do yourself a favor and just stay away from these crooks.
