This apartments used to be amazing the previous management company was amazing the staff awesome as well. Come in Price Brothers and arguably the best run apartment complex in Denton took a nose dive for the worst I have a lot to say about how this property is run but tbh I would rather not waste anyones time. The complex is a roach motel and ding ding they will gaslight you and say your complex is the epicenter of the problem when you move out as a way to justify the pest control charge they will add on your move out statement. The maintenance at this apartment is great the problem is management evident by the sheer number of vacancies. I would advise anyone looking for an apartment to spend their hard earned dollars elsewhere this place is not worth it. The staff rating is exclusively about management. The maintenance folks are amazing and they deserve better fr.
