I want to take a moment to recognize Lindsay for the incredible effort and dedication she shows every day. Despite working with very limited support, she consistently goes above and beyond to help both residents and the complex as a whole. It’s clear she genuinely cares and is doing everything in her power to address issues, follow up, and keep things running as smoothly as possible. Situations that are out of her control have not stopped her from trying to find solutions and advocate for residents. She remains professional, responsive, and committed. Thank you for all of your help I really appreciate it!!!

Move in was a breeze, staff was very helpful. I like the email and text notifications from management keeping me informed of events and maintenance. Apartment is very nice, plenty of parking and right across the street from UNT’s Discovery Park Campus. Neighbor’s are friendly. I’m near the street side so night traffic can be a little loud, but tolerable. The clean and welcoming atmosphere of Discovery Park really makes coming home something to look forward to.

I visit my friend here all the time. All the residents are nice and the property is always clean. I love the basketball court and the new pickle ball court.
