The apartment complex is extremely cleaned and tidy. The pool is very clean with no bad odors and is Crystal clear. The office is very courteous and willing to help with any issues you may have.

I just recently moved here and everything has been great! From the friendly staff to the environment, I have not had any issues, and maintenance has been quick to fix anything when needed. From the application process to move-in, everything has been a breeze. Huge shoutout to Audrianna for being so awesome and knowledgeable about the property. She was available for every question or concern I had. I hope everything continues in this direction throughout our time here!

My girlfriend and I recently got approved at Cooper Denton and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. The complex itself is nice, quiet, gated, and has a very mature residential feel that immediately stood out to us compared to other places we toured around Denton. The biggest shoutout goes to Adrianna in the leasing office. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Adrianna is intelligent, knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us find the right fit. She stayed in contact with us consistently, answered every question we had, and worked hard to help strengthen our application and guide us through approval.
