Charme on Eagle

They allow construction to work every single day including Sundays until after 10pm!!!! Every night it’s a new loud machine. Zero respect for their neighbors.

The leasing folks at Charme have repeatedly littered neighboring apartment buildings with flyers, they even went into secured resident-only areas and slipped flyers under people's doors. Charme is a brand new property and they are already a nuisance to their neighbors. Very unprofessional behavior from the management. Additionally, the building is still under construction and nobody has moved in yet, but they somehow already have numerous 5-star reviews. That is very suspicious and shady.

I had a very bad experience with the managers Meagan and Aiden they were both extremely rude and negative.

Spoke to a manager named Aiden a couple months ago and mentioned I currently live at the Forum. He proceeded to apologize saying he heard my apartment had mold issues from other friends who have leased here. I brought up other properties I was looking into and he had only negative things to say (I didn’t open the conversation for opinion). The overall conversation made me extremely uncomfortable and left a bad taste in my mouth regarding the professionalism of their management. I recently decided to go with a different property but hope their team is trained on how to speak with people interested in a way that isn’t belittling moving forward.

The staff at Charme is absolutely fabulous, the property is gorgeous and I can’t wait to be here! The amenities were beyond my expectations!!
