Ms. Shannon is perfect! She got out in the snow y’all to do a tour for me and it was amazing. Although I was denied she has gone out her way to answer all my questions and concerns. Community is spacious and convenient. 10/10!

I recently moved in and it could not have been more seamless. I’m absolutely in love with this community and home. Upscale homes and features and the management and maintenance are some of the best I’ve experienced. I plan to stay as long as possible.

Clean, upscale, peaceful community to live. Management and maintenance are top notch and take care of you. Highly recommend to rent from here. Not to mention great location close to shopping and 35E.

We toured here and really liked it. The area isn’t my favorite but we were happy to see it was gated. We toured expecting a call from the team to see if anyone had not renewed and we just never received a follow up from Ashley. Ultimately because of that we signed somewhere else. If we would have received that communication as promised they wouldn’t have missed out on a fast lease/look and lease opportunity. The amenities are okay but you can be closer the square and get the same square footage closer to university. It’s an okay property, that can’t compete with some of the new stuff being built. Ashley was a great tour host, we just had no communication or follow up from the team after and they lost out on an easy lease.

Spent the past year leasing here and first and foremost I must commend the staff—they're incredibly kind and accommodating, consistently providing a great experience. The area ultimately wasn't the perfect fit for me; otherwise, I would have extended my stay. I loved my little home - it was modern, but cozy with smart features, two little yards and a huge garage. The maintenance was always prompt, I had kind neighbors and again…the exceptional staff made it all worthwhile. The only drawback (which is super minimal) is the somewhat steep amenity fees for what is offered. Highly recommend!!
