Worst maintaining by Brea , they not even giving proper response . If we ask anything to replace are out of stock they not even taking responsibility to replace are get new one are they should maintain properly.

My experience at The Brae has been amazing! They made the move-in process as smooth and stress-free as possible—which says a lot, because moving can be overwhelming, but I didn’t experience any of that here. McKenzie was incredibly helpful and showed me these beautiful apartments. I’m truly in awe of the community and can’t wait to move in. Thank you so much, McKenzie!

I was searching for an apartment in the right location, at the right size, for the right price, that was new or well maintained and The Brae Denton checked all the boxes! The apartments here are so spacious and the layout of the building itself gives that luxury hotel vibe. I like that it’s a smaller community with ample parking, and it’s very diverse. The main thing that truly sets The Brae apart from others is their amazing staff! McKenzie Starr and Christen Polich were very engaged throughout my application and moving process. They never hesitate to go above and beyond to make sure the residents have exactly what they need. They were available to answer any questions and address any concerns that I had. All the apartments were so nice that they took time to show them to me multiple times on different days and never showed any frustration. I knew they were gems when McKenzie asked about Jet. I was truly surprised that she remembered my car’s name 😂! I truly appreciate them and their hard work! I would highly recommend this community!
