Iâm a resident over here since February 2026 and I kind of really like the environment over here. The amenities and especially maintenance is really fast, thanks to Freddy.

Just moved in. Total service so far is pending, but Freddie in maintenance is a total lifesaver!!! He had exactly the wrench I needed to do the job myself and then turned around and fixed it for me anyway! What a lifesaver!

If youâre looking for an apartment in Denton, Alta Rayzor Ranch is it. The location is excellent convenient to shopping, dining, and everything Denton has to offer while still feeling comfortable and peaceful. The staff is attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful, with Chris doing an outstanding job leading the team and making residents feel valued. The grounds are always well kept and maintained. If youâre looking for a well-managed apartment community in a great area, Alta Rayzor Ranch is definitely worth considering!

Chris and his team at Alta Rayzor Ranch are nothing short of AMAZING. After many tours, of apartments in Denton, I knew immediately that this property is different. The staff actually wanted to help me. Looking forward to living here.
