Macie Riddick is the best assistant community director, she lead us on a wondrous tour throughout the property. She showed us how beautiful the amenities, the views and the architecture. Was very welcoming and let us take our time, which was very appreciated.

Mercedes' customer service and dedication to her role is truly one of a kind. You can see the genuine passion she has, as well as the care for everyone she interacts with. If you're stopping by for a tour, I couldn't recommend her enough!!

I just moved in at the end of Dec and I have to say it has been the most seamless moves and transitions I have had. I actually ended up having to move in a time crunch due to change of things last minute and they were so great on getting me through the application process. Mercedes and Maci have been phenomenal on getting me in and helping me with all the things. Moving, account, and all stupid questions I have came to Mercedes, she deserves an award on the amount of times I stopped in. She has been great at being patient and helping me. The property is great! Clean, up-kept, phenomenal facilities for residents and quick to respond on the maintenance side of things. And the gym has been my favorite part, as a gym goer, it has been by far the best gym apartments and has everything I need. Great place overall!

As someone who works in leasing myself, I have high standards when it comes to customer service and the overall move-in process. From the very first day I toured, the staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Mercedes and Maci deserve a special shoutout — they are both so sweet, patient, and helpful. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and you can truly tell they care about their residents. Newly moved-in resident of this property, and I pretty much only have good things to say about it. I’ll get the trivial complaint out of the way first: The key fob system irks me a bit, but I’m sure I’ll adjust—it’s only really when I try to get it open with my hands carrying other stuff. But everything else is pristine, gorgeous, homely and just flat-out amazing. The amenities are wonderful, the units are cozy and modern, and the grounds are well kept. Mercedes also is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as well. Very easy to talk to and makes sure you’re taken care of. Highly recommend
