We lived here for over a year and experienced constant issues throughout our entire time at this property. From the very beginning, communication was a major problem. Management was nearly impossible to get ahold of—the phone number rarely worked, voicemails were never returned, and emails went unanswered. When you did manage to reach someone, nothing was ever followed up on. There were numerous hidden fees that were never clearly explained at move-in or outlined transparently in our lease. Charges would appear unexpectedly on our account, and when we asked for clarification, we were either ignored or given vague, inconsistent answers. Billing errors seemed common, and it often felt like residents were expected to just accept unexplained charges without question. The front office staff, Madison and Bailey, were consistently unprofessional and unhelpful. Interactions often felt dismissive, and concerns were not taken seriously. Customer service was extremely lacking, and there was no sense of accountability or urgency when problems were reported. Maintenance was another ongoing issue. We submitted numerous service requests for a variety of problems, including issues that should have been considered urgent. Many of these requests were marked as “completed” without actually being fixed, or required multiple follow-ups just to get minimal attention. This made living here very frustrating and stressful. The property itself is not worth the amount of rent charged. The management showed little concern for tenant comfort or quality of life. Between the lack of communication, unresolved maintenance problems, hidden fees, poor management, and unprofessional staff, this was a very disappointing experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering these apartments to look elsewhere, as we would not recommend living here under any circumstances.

the apartment complex itself and the facilities are very nice, and the office staff are pleasant to deal with, however... my roommate and i have lived here for two weeks now and the move in process was nothing short of a nightmare. Our move in date was delayed, the online portal they use for leasing and payments is flaky at best, our attached garage was late on availability and it was dirty when we moved in. the one thing I cannot just excuse: when maintenance came to clean out our garage after we noted that it was dirty when we moved in, I had already moved my collection of tools into the garage that belonged to us at the time. Maintenance confirmed with us the day they were there that those were our belongings and they should be left in the garage after they were finished. When we checked their cleaning job the next day we found that they had done *too good* a job because the inner door was closed, but unlocked and the tools were gone. We went immediately to the office to ask about the missing tools and were told they wanted to "make it right". I personally exchanged emails with the office management for about a week (delayed responses) and was ultimately told to kick rocks in the form of a $150 credit on my rent. the total value of the tools missing was roughly $2k and I am being given an olive garden gift card as an "apology" for the property management's negligence. I cant prove maintenance took them but they sure were the only people who would have known that door was unlocked and otherwise the complex seems quite secure. Management needs to get it together. Dont trust staff around your valuables.

I've been living here for almost a year. Everyone in the office was so nice and helpful. I felt I could ask questions without having to be judged, since it was my first time living in a "high-end" apartment complex. (I say high end due to living and little worse areas) Also haven't had any issues that I don't need to call maintenance often. Another that irks me, towards more to the community: can you not leave yours trash outside your door (when its not pick up time) I don't want to look at or even smell it as I get out and in to my apartment. One more thing, I'm sure staff has been on to them. But pick up your dog's poop from the patio. I don't want to look at it while I'm walking or even smell it. I feel bad for the poor dogs, one of them is a husky and I know how hyper active they are. I’m giving this place 3 stars mainly because of issues that seem to come from how the complex was built or managed by corporate rather than the on-site staff. However, the construction quality could definitely be better; the walls are very thin, and living under someone, I can hear every footstep and kids running above me. Parking is also pretty limited, which can be frustrating at times. Overall, it’s not terrible, but there’s definitely room for improvement in the design and planning of the property. I don't mind the noises since I work overnight and sleep throughout the day ( I can sleep through the noises) But be aware, if you don't like it then I'd suggest living 3rd floor.

Yet again, I am appreciative for the Alta Denton Station management team for their professionalism during a recent (and very unexpected) housing concern. No fault to either party. Navigating a situation that made my unit unlivable under normal expectations was incredibly stressful, but Bailee and Madison handled it with genuine care and urgency. Wow! Despite the unusual nature of my request, these business women made the process of transferring to a new apartment, both smooth and efficient. They each took the time to listen, validate my concerns, and quickly provided resolutions that prioritized my well-being, a solid, working relationship, and most of all peace of mind. Moving is rarely easy, especially under difficult circumstances, but Bailee and Madison‘s responsiveness turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into something manageable, and even reassuring. I am grateful for Bailee’s validating my concerns in person and in email, and the extra steps that both women took to ensure I was heard, supported, and taken care of. What stood out to me was every time I walked into the office, Madisen would immediately come to the front desk with concern to see what I needed. Her level of responsiveness and personal attention made a big difference during the time when I felt overwhelmed.She too communicated through email and quickly at that! This is residential care at its finest!
