Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance from town. Sufficient amenities like laundry, pool, and park area. Plenty of parking. Great for university students.

Very kind and reasonable management. Reasonable prices, quiet place, and I really cannot speak more highly of the management. They addressed our issues and helped us out when we needed it. Great place for a college student for sure! Good location.

My wife and I moved out, but we are moving back to these apartments because we miss how good the property managers are. I’ll definitely apply to lease here again.

I was here for 2 years. The apartments are really good and the services are too fast, if there is something wrong in your unit, they come immediately to correct it. There is a big party room that most of the time is empty; We had several parties there. All the bills are paid and everything is included, except of internet. The Fry 316 is close to bus stop and also close to main campus. The best part of the FRY316 apartment is the manager. His name is Travis. He is super nice and really polite. He really respects the residents and he really supports them. I highly recommend this place for students, especially to international PhD student. I had a perfect performance in my PhD while staying here. You are in peace here. Thank you so much FRY 316 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Hi friends I am Iranian and I was here for two years, it is a very good apartment and it has very good management, it is close to the bus stop and the price is also very good. If you are looking for a house to rent alone, I really recommend this place. For the price, it is very good, all the bills are paid. Besides me, there were a few other Iranians here and they were all really happy. I have moved houses a lot in America, this place was really the best. They are very nice people. I forgot to pay the rent on time a few times, they reminded me a day or two late and I paid without penalty. In previous places, if I was even a minute late, I had to pay a lot of fines. There is a barbecue for cooking kebabs and chicken, which is very big. It is like our own barbecue. Overall, I was really happy. God bless them for helping me.
