We moved here because of the school district and were surprised to know that their bus stops right in front of the complex. I get off an hour after school ends so it’s a huge relief. Also, we are very close with our neighbors and watch out for one another. Great community!

I love this place. It’s near my work and staff is super helpful and caring. I love the dog park and feel safe here. Went I first moved here, I couldn’t afford to get a washer/dryer so it was really great to be able to use the onsite laundromat.

Been here almost two years and I cannot stress enough IT IS NOT WORTH IT. Terrible disrespectful management, hardly any amenities and the ones they do have -aren’t taken care of or well maintained. Appliances consistently not working properly, big problem and being charged pest control every month despite never having a pest control treatment done the entire time i have been living here. They are sneaky with their changers and once again DISRESPECTFUL MANAGEMENT. Only live here if you want to be consistently uncomfortable everyday! I was genuinely thinking i’d renewing my lease long term but i was truly fed up with the nonsense.

Wonderful staff! Julia is who I talked to before coming in for a tour. I explained to her I had some issues that might keep me from renting there but she told me not to be discouraged that they would help me all they could. Went in for the tour yesterday and met Shara. She took me on the tour and I found the apartment of my dreams! It had been updated and looked better than some of the new apartments I have seen. The new finishes are amazing. I went back to the office and immediately completed an application. Shara explained to me that even with my issues that they would do everything they could to help me. And they did. I got the apartment! Even though an older property I thought it was well kept. I feel that I will be very comfortable there.

The whole process has been super easy since touring and now moving out into my first apartment! Daniel over the phone was super communicative and answered any of my questions and Shara walked me through the entire tour and explained any further questions I had, even the silly ones!
