Anthony has been going the extra mile these past few months since he came back. He is always professional and patient, and he truly cares about taking care of the residents. The small details really go a long way with him. He came by to replace some light bulbs and even volunteered to paint my door, which now looks great. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. I’ve lived in my loft apartment for over two years now and just signed on for another year. My apartment itself is the main reason I’ve stayed. The loft layout is gorgeous, and having parking on my floor with easy access to my unit is a huge convenience. I personally haven’t experienced management pushing aggressive rent increases, which has definitely been a factor in my decision to renew. While management as a whole has gone through a bit of a rough patch recently, I’ve tried to give grace, and things do seem to be improving. Jordan, the property manager, has been great to communicate with and genuinely helpful when issues come up. Email communication through the main Windsor email can be unresponsive at times, but I’ve found that stopping by the leasing office in person has been an effective way to get things handled. I did have a few packages stolen recently when deliveries were left outside the lockers. However, management is aware of the issue and is actively working on a solution. Maintenance has been very responsive on the rare occasions I’ve needed to submit a request. Overall, this is a no-frills apartment complex, but the rent is very reasonable for what you get. The pool is great and well-maintained, and the combination of the loft space and value has made this a good place to call home.

Good reviews are usually given by people that tour the building... not by residents. I lived in this building for a year and unfortunately had multiple negative experiences. Management is extremely difficult to reach. Phone calls and emails routinely go unanswered, and there is rarely anyone actually present in the office during posted business hours. Whenever issues come up, getting a response or any kind of follow-through is almost impossible. Throughout my time there, concerns about safety, theft, and broken appliances were brushed off with no real accountability. Requests were slow or ignored, and problems throughout the property were treated as inconveniences rather than responsibilities of management. The property also has no security cameras, which adds to the overall feeling that resident safety is not a priority. My move-out process was especially frustrating. I scheduled a confirmed walk-through, but no one showed up at the agreed time. When I went to the office, Taylor told me she would be there in 20 minutes and then apparently left for the day. What should have been a simple appointment turned into an all-day ordeal. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer service made living here very stressful. I would not recommend this building to anyone looking for a well-managed or responsive place to live.

Jalen was great! He was very friendly and personable. We toured the property with Jalen and he was incredibly knowledgeable and made the place appeal in ways we hadn’t imagined. Although we did not decided to go with these apartments we wanted to give Jalen his credit.

I recently toured Windsor West Lemmon Apartments and had the pleasure of working with Magaly. From the very first hello, she made the experience so easy and welcoming. Magaly is incredibly friendly and professional—she answered all my questions, gave me a thorough tour, and highlighted details I wouldn’t have thought to ask about. Her positive attitude and genuine care made the whole process stress-free and even fun. If you’re looking for a beautiful community and someone who truly makes you feel at home from the start, ask for Magaly. She’s wonderful!
