Windsor Addison Apartments

This is not a paid or sponsored review. I recently moved into Windsor Addison. I did so after significant research and thought. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The team here is outstanding. I had a larger repair job, and Celsee and the maintenance team were communicative and supportive throughout. It’s hard to find a resident support staff team better than this. Everyone working here is caring and responsive. I am happy to call Windsor my home. Not only is the geography great—you’re near grocery stores and restaurants—but it’s quiet and clean. I also love the gym. It truly feels like the office staff here wants to make your day better and help you through any potential issues.

Ruben, One of our maintenance workers deserves an extra applause for going far and beyond his job requirements to help me with issues concerning My Apartment… He came in early this morning to get my refrigerator working again… He is very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient… Thanks to the maintenance crew and management for always being there to help me… You are the best🤗‼️

MANAGEMENT TEAM IS NOT TRAINED TO DEESCALATE TENANT ISSUES! MANAGMENT WILL GAS LIGHT YOU AND KEEP TAKING YOUR MONEY! ***** PLEASE READ BELOW******* ndsor Park Apartments is a pleasant place to live—until a problem arises with another tenant. Since January 25, 2026, I have been dealing with an ongoing issue involving a neighbor who repeatedly leaves multiple piles of dog feces in their yard, creating an unsanitary and unhealthy environment. Management at Windsor Park Apartment Community, which took over the property in January, has not effectively addressed this issue. Despite my providing dated photo evidence, I have been told that staff inspected the area and found nothing. I have also been asked to “work with” management while the problem continues, even as rent is consistently collected on time. The situation escalated to the point where I contacted the police this past Saturday. After speaking with the leasing office, even the responding officer expressed concern about how the matter was being handled. Management has acknowledged that this situation constitutes a lease violation, yet no apparent action has been taken against the tenant responsible. This issue is particularly serious for me due to existing health conditions, as it directly impacts my well-being. Despite the ongoing nature of the problem, Property Manager Celsee has not resolved it. Instead, I was asked to attend a meeting to discuss a resolution, even though I am not the party in violation of the lease. It is unclear why similar efforts have not been directed toward the tenant responsible. Given the lack of resolution and the way this matter has been handled, I am concerned about whether management is equipped to effectively address tenant disputes. I am also concerned about the possibility of unequal treatment in how this issue is being managed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have lived in a lot of communities, but the level of service here is truly the best. This is a genuinely fantastic place to live. The location is amazing, being within easy walking distance to multiple parks and restaurants. On top of that, the maintenance team is incredibly fast, considerate, and helpful, always responding immediately whenever a request is put in. Management also puts a lot of thought into the community, hosting regular resident events that make the neighborhood feel active and welcoming. The absolute standout here is Karime, our Resident Service Manager. She provided hands-down the most attentive and thorough moving support. We were dealing with a loud upstairs neighbor, and Karime listened to our concerns with genuine empathy and understanding. She immediately took action to find a solution, helping us secure an amazing top-floor unit on the fourth floor. She went completely out of her way during the entire transition, even working with management to ensure the transfer logistics and fees were handled smoothly so we wouldn't face unnecessary administrative burdens. Throughout the whole process, her communication was flawless. She kept in touch constantly and answered every single question we had. To top it all off, she welcomed us into our new home with a bottle of Prosecco, which was such a thoughtful touch. Karime goes above and beyond at every single step for residents. If you are looking for a community that actually cares and a management team that executes flawlessly, look no further, and definitely ask for Karime. We truly appreciate everything she did for us.
