Westmoor Apartments

Westmoor Apartments has been such a great place to live. The atmosphere is calm and friendly, it’s nice and quiet, and the property is always clean. Any time I’ve needed something fixed or had a concern, they’ve responded quickly and taken care of it. Honestly, Westmoor is one of the best places I’ve lived since I started renting — I’ve really enjoyed my time here.

The staff at Westmoor Apartments have been very attentive to my apartment needs, they always respond in a timely manner & I really appreciate their professionalism...Thank you for making my stay here so pleasant, I'm glad to be apart this community.

The leasing agent that helped me was Cynthia. This is my very first time getting an apartment so I didn't fully know what to expect. So I'm glad I had a leasing agent with a pleasant demeanor and the patience to answer my questions. Also, The leasing office is clean and nicely decorated. My apartment is beautiful. The whole experience was professional and very fast!

I’ve will have officially been here 1yr on Feb 1st and that is also my move out date. I will start off by saying the inside of the apartments are fine no problem then it’s decent and I personally haven’t experienced any bugs or rodents since living there however my last 2 months The complex has been testing my patience. My bathroom had recently had a leak and I put in 2 orders for them to come fix it well the maintenance crew came in and found the leak however they cannot fix it so plumbing had to come out fine they come out and fix the leak the day after thanksgiving however they can’t fix the hole in the wall so 2-3 weeks go by and they get the contractor to fix the wall and paint however since then nobody has come to put the cabinet back on the whole it’s just sitting in the way in my bathroom Today maintenance finally come out just to take s picture of the cabinet and say they have to get the contractor to come out it place it back up and sounds like something that should’ve been in place knowing he had to seal the wall and paint Besides this incident the gates do not work and hasn’t worked since I been here Maintenance clearly gets confused by whose apartment put orders in I’ve had them come to my house about a request that has been completed months ago I’ve also had “maintenance” come at 10 at night knocking on my door which I reported that and had never heard back from that The neighbors across from me idk what the hell their problems is but they disturb the peace every blue moon So overall the apartments are decent they need to improve the outside of the apartments I know it’s not in a all that areas but it doesn’t have to look like it on the outside either
