I would never recommend these apartments. They never fix the air conditioner or the stove when they break; they always make excuses not to. But when it comes to charging you more rent, they're very efficient, especially when they know you're not going to renew your contract. If you decide to renew, they make you pay again as if you were a new tenant. My last bill was $1,947 for a 2-bedroom apartment, not including electricity. Since I decided not to renew, they still overcharged me, even though it was their fault I didn't renew due to poor maintenance. I went almost a month without air conditioning, in the middle of the hottest season, with a 1-year-old baby, and they didn't care at all. If you have another rental option, I recommend looking elsewhere. And then they tell you one thing, then change it, claiming they don't remember or made a mistake, and deny what they told you.
