Village Upper East Side

I lived in this apartment for two years, and there were more cons than pros. The walls were paper thin, I could hear every phone conversation and shower that my neighbors took on all sides. I did appreciate the neighborhood gym and the proximity to stores like North Park, but those are the only pros I can think of. I had so many cockroach issues, and pest control couldn't fully fix it. The appliances were outdated, the office is not easy to work with, and for what you pay that shouldn't be the case.

I just moved in few days ago, but I am loving it so much! The apartment and the whole compound are amazing, but with this review I wanted to give a shout out to Kyle at the office, he was a rock star getting us in! He went above and beyond to get us the apartment ready asap, since we applied with only few days left at our old apartment. He is amazing!

Hands down the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. My favorite part is the amenities. Free coffee/espresso with a barista every day in the cafe, events with food and drink on the weekends (free waffles every Saturday!) Even more top notch amenities coming with the new portion of the village opening soon. You won’t have many maintenance issues but the crew is quick and responsive. All the staff are friendly and actually care. Pools and gym are great and the whole complex is always kept beautiful and clean. Tons of green areas nearby and a dog park for the pups. I could go on. Lived here for almost 4 years. I will miss it!
