Towne Square Apartments

I have lived gear for 2 1/2 years and love it safe quiet apartments friendly neighbors

I been enjoying life here so no complaints, acquainted it is to make sure next thing comes as whatever it will. Town square apartments though, They straight. Five by me all day and in stars.

Aging property in need of updates, but exceptional value for the money. Management has been nothing but nice and very responsive to any issues. I've been here since November of last year and have zero complaints that would be under managements control. Residents have all been friendly and the property is kept clean. Soundproofing in the units is EXCELLENT. I live between two families with small, (read: noisy) children and never hear a thing inside my unit--but they are very audible when in the halls. My sole issue are the cooking odors from the other units. There is a rather large Indian population of residents, and Asian-- and there are times when, inside my apartment, the odor of curry/saffron--whatever it is, permeates the entire apartment to the point that I literally can't sleep at night. VERY pungent, whatever they are cooking, and they seem to cook very late at night. This is generally an odor throughout the complex. Overall, though, I feel safe, and am very satisfied with my decision to live here. Unbeatable square feet for the money.

Maintenance at this property is excellent! They are always busy working hard to keep things running smoothly. Management is very friendly and attentive and many units are constantly getting nice upgrades like wood plank floors etc. I give it 4 stars because there are no laundry connections in the units but overall it is a very good deal and in an excellent location just across the street from Parkland Hospital and Parkland and Inwood Station. Oh, and there is a massive swimming pool and grilling areas.

I would give it a 5* if it had more visitor's parking spaces, and if it included washer and dryer in the apartment. Also it would be nice if parking spaces not covered would not be assigned rather open to first come first serve kinda deal. Maintenace services are great so far, that is definitely a plus. Friendly staff. Safe and secure place to live. I enjoy living here. Love my garden space, my little backyard space.
