The Village Meadow

Everyone is super friendly at the Meadow. Every time I have a question, they reach out fast and solve my concerns (sometimes they’re just silly questions) but they’re always up to the challenge. The neighborhood is super quiet and very safe. I usually walk to the gym, our coffee shop and also central market! Love our lake and all the benches there to just relax and read. No kidding I’ve recommended living here to all my friends (still in the process of convincing them lol)

I've been living at Meadow Village since 2020, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The initial move-in process was completely stress-free, and I recently transferred to another unit within the community—again, a seamless transition. The new office staff at Meadow Village are fantastic! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is the longest I’ve ever stayed in one apartment, and that says a lot. From the moment you walk into the office, ✨Kayla is the first friendly face you’ll see. She’s warm, welcoming, and always connects you with the right person. She treats everyone with kindness and fairness, making every visit pleasant. ✨Then there’s Michael—knowledgeable, patient, and always ready to answer my questions. No matter my concerns, he makes sure I feel at ease and is incredibly reliable with follow-ups. ✨Victoria was a huge help during my transfer process. She’s one of the nicest people I’ve met—reliable, responsive, and always follows through. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and stress-free. ✨Autumn is another rockstar on the team! She always finds the answers I need and is great at providing clear communication, especially when it comes to documents and the resident portal. Overall, the staff at Meadow Village are truly awesome! I love my unit—it’s clean, well-maintained, and any issues are quickly handled by the maintenance team. I genuinely appreciate the entire team for making this place feel like home! 💚

I would like to share how sweet and helpful the office staff is at the Meadow. I have lived here for 12 years, but this staff is exceptionally good to me. Michael, Autumn, Victoria, Hunter, and Chantalle always make me feel so welcome in the office. They are patient and kind with all of my needs, which makes it a very homie place to live. It makes you feel like you are not just a number in the village, and that it's more like a home because of the connection with the staff around you. The quality of the staff chosen to work here is exceptional by The Village and the ownership. I appreciate everyone very much who works in the office, and I fell like I have made a connection with all of them. I am sad when they leave after making a strong connection, but I know because of the type of employee chosen here that they will go on to better things. Thank you to the owners and the entire village for making this feel more like a home than just an apartment.

Lived at the Meadow for a year and a half and am in love with the village! Their maintenance is on point and will come same day if not next day for issues, which is so important to me. And also, management communication is also another big factor for me; and Autumn, who I mainly spoke to at the office, is so responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

It is my pleasure to rate the Village Meadow. I have lived here for 11 years and I love it. The leasing office staff is always friendly and cheerful, helpful and professional. The maintenance staff are stars! Always helpful, friendly and courteous, but most of all, the maintenance is so prompt. This also includes the outdoor employees who tidy up the grounds and keep the property looking cared for. They do this in all kinds of weather. So the maintenance staff are my heroes. And the neighbors are wonderful. Friendly without being intrusive. I think a well-run leasing office knows how to attract the nicest people.
