Ms.Nita Harris over management is Awesome , I had an issue that she acted on quickly to solve .. It’s a diverse gated community that’s very quiet .. Come check them out ❤️

The lady I spoke to was really nice and the apartments I looked at look really nice and well kept. The first first thing I noticed when I walked in the apartment building that she showed me smelled fresh and clean.

I recently moved into The Summit at Midtown on May 15, and my experience has been amazing so far. Ms. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of during my move-in process. She made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly at home, which meant a lot to me. Already decided on another apartment when I came to visit the first day but she made me change my mind and to be honest i don’t regret it, it was the best decision. Ms. Kandace, the manager, has also been wonderful, welcoming and very professional. The property is clean, safe, quiet, and well-maintained. This has honestly been one of the best apartment living experiences I’ve had so far. I’m very happy with my decision to move here and appreciate the excellent staff and atmosphere! Thanks for the team at the summit at midtown!!
