All star team! We just moved into Statler Residences, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. From the very beginning, the staff has gone above and beyond to make us feel truly welcomed. Tacoby was our first point of contact and set the tone with professionalism, friendliness and kindness. Sydney and Jarren were lovely and made our welcome experience feel personal and thoughtful. The concierge team—Taj, Lauren, and Robert—have been incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. It’s clear that the team here genuinely cares about residents and takes pride in creating a warm, supportive community. We couldn’t have asked for a better welcome to Dallas, and we’re so happy to call the Statler home.

From the moment I toured this place to my lease signing, I have to give a huge thank you and shoutout to Tacoby and the rest of the staff at The Statler. The concierge whether Lauren or her team, greets me over the phone with such pleasure and always makes sure I get exactly what I need no matter the issue. The staff as a whole are very pleasant and helpful and ensure that you're well taken care of. I knew from the tour I was going to move here, just off of how friendly and insightful everyone was.
