Mr. Moreno is a reliable and dependable handyman. If he can’t fix it right then and there he’ll find a solution sooner than later. Safe to say these these tenants are in good hands. No Allstate. He helps me understand learn the ins and outs of maintenance growing in my career.

A dead cat lay in the parking lot for weeks, smashed ketchup packets line the hallway for months; but if they don't like how you parked your car it'll be towed in less than an hour. The roof leaks, dripping on my head, but the maintenance men confidently say they're not worried about it. The office will steal your packages and even sharpie out your apartment number from the shipping label. The A/C never worked right in any of the three units they moved us to, but "we're just expecting too much" Would not recommend

Overrun by thieves and partying college kids. Never again will I live somewhere without a courtesy officer. We frequently have packages ripped through and stolen from the package room. Cars are rummaged through every few nights. College kids throw obnoxious parties, litter, and leave trash & broken items about the property. They seem to be allowing more and more entitled students here. The property is covered in dog poop. People will stay out hollering by the pool far past open hours. They are now allowing solicitors to go door to door in the complex selling products & services since to get a kickback. With all the recent crime in the complex, the management made sure to let us know that they are not responsible for our safety, which you can see in email attached. Good luck getting a response from Dallas PD. You’re on your own here. Glad the $150+ in monthly fees they charge us don’t include providing a safe place to live.

I lived here for 6+ years, honestly I can say it was a very positive experience. Management was easy to work with and the community was safe and overall quiet! With apartments you will always run into issues but over the years I had very few. Maintenance team is always polite and hard working to get things fixed quickly!! ALWAYS QUICK! The apartments are a solid layout withe reasonable rates. Central location in Dallas and only 15min to Love Airport. Only moved out to get some more space and land but I would recommend The Standard!
