The Ridge on Spring Valley Apartments

Mr Shon welcomed me nicely…very knowledgeable. property is very clean, renovated with controlled access. Just a little above my budget. I wouldn’t hesitate to live here if prices were just where I wanted.

We’ve lived at the Ridge on Spring Valley for 9 years, and this is by far the best manager we’ve ever had. They are always friendly, helpful, and quick to fix any problems. The community feels safe and well cared for because of their hard work. They really listen to everyone and make sure we’re happy living here. I’m so glad we have such a great manager making this place feel like home!

The office is never open when we want to pay a visit, which is already a bad sign. The staff takes infinitely long lunch breaks and makes you wait forever. When they do have time, they're rude and clearly lack the knowledge of their own policy. If you booked a tour with them, you'll be spammed multiple times a day afterwards. You wonder why they're so desperate. The apartment itself is fine, but do not move in unless you want to deal with these people every now and then.

Just took one of the most informative tours at The Ridge on Spring Valley Apts with the Property Manager Shon! We absolutely loved the energy, atmosphere, vibes, and factual information. Answered all the questions we had with a big smile and gave the best feedback about the location and city of Dallas. Definitely be on the look out for Shon when coming check out these apartments.

I Had the most easy, fast, and excellent experience in moving in these apartment that I ever had before shon and Krystal was so professional, friendly and ever welcoming I got approve quick and in a timely manner. The apartment was clean and ready for me and children to make this place a home. I’m so excited with this move and I am so grateful for a wonderful staff.
