Update- it gets worse, they don’t consider AC issues of high importance. For almost 2 weeks now my AC is going in and out. After multiple work orders and trips to the leasing office, maintenance will come and do a temporary fix. It has gone out again and they don’t seem to care. I was told today by two employees that maintenance would be in my unit to fix the AC before they left for the day and of course nobody showed up. The only way you can get them to communicate is if you have time to go in the office. They don’t even respond to emails. Don’t lease here unless you want to feel trapped when there is an ongoing problem. Honestly, I live here because it is not the worst place in the city, but you will run into so many unnecessary problems if you rent here. For one of the office is the most unresponsive I’ve ever encountered. They will never answer the phone, no matter the time of day. Almost every email will be ignored. If you’re available during business hours, you may be able to talk to someone in person, but only the manager can make decisions. We have had broken mailboxes for ages and they don’t seem to care to get anyone to fix that. I can’t even trust getting important packages sent here because the electric parcel does not work. All of the public spaces are filthy and have never been cleaned as long as I’ve lived here. Also, the gates have never worked despite how many emails they send out saying that the gates will be working soon. If you’re desperate, then this is not the worst option, but I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I'm happy here I decided to renew my lease term a few weeks back, and I am pleased with my apartment. I want to thank Gabriella🌹and her staff very on point, professionals and quick responders. property well kept and our pool always looks welcoming.😊 Mtc staff always friendly! This apartment actually not bad please make sure you keep clean up a lot and leave nothing out. It’s what you make it to be honest. I can get myself together with this apartment. I would recommend this if you tryna stack some paper and get ahead
