THE WORST. they will not fix the problems in your apartment even if you report it 4 to 6 times (which i did) been here almost 2 months and it has been miserable. The management does not care and will not work on any problems they deem cosmetics even if the maintenance team messes it up the day of. When day one when i moved in the apartment was dirty, unclean, terribly painted, and there were many cosmetic issues that they woudlnt even look at. Along with that the lock on my window was not working and it took them like a week to fix it even though I spoke to them almost everyday to get it fixed. They say they put in work orders but do not at all and get mad at you. They never answer calls or emails. And they belittle you and your problems, and a manger told me that how fast they fix the problems would be based off of how much rent i pay a month. Genuinely the worst and its so frustrating. Unless you are able to pay lots of money do NOT move here, as they seem to not care at all unless you pay a lot. Its been almost 2 months and only 3 of my issues have been fixed out of around 30 to 40 problems.

I have been living here for 5+ years. Any time I have had an issue in the apartment maintenance has been quick to respond. Any time I have needed something the people at the leasing office were able to help. They are super professional and easy to work with. I have dealt with several of them during this time. Thank you Cliff, Jocelyn, Dajour, Jack, Gabby, Victor and Jenysis for the past 5 years. I would highly recommend choosing this for your next place to live.

Josie has been amazing to work with at my apartment complex! Anytime I need something whether it’s maintenance, paperwork, or general questions—she handles it in a timely and professional manner. She’s always responsive, helpful, and makes sure my concerns are taken care of quickly. It’s such a relief knowing I can count on her to get things done efficiently. I’m giving 4 stars because of the excellent staff and a smooth move-in process. I’ve lived here for almost a year, and from day one, the office team has been generous, helpful, and professional. Maintenance is top-tier always quick to respond and get the job done right. I truly enjoyed living here until I started having ongoing issues with my downstairs neighbor. She frequently bangs on her ceiling (my floor) for reasons I still don’t understand. When I first introduced myself, she admitted I wasn’t being loud. I even gave her my number and told her to reach out if anything ever bothered her, but instead, she continues to bang when I walk to the kitchen, clean, shower, or even use the bathroom early in the morning. At one point, she tried to blame it on the flooring, but I know it’s not the case because the banging is still happening and is clearly intentional. Things got worse when new upstairs neighbors moved in. They started intentionally stomping directly over me in every room too especially after I politely asked them to stop. Since then, it’s only escalated. The next day or a couple days later the trimming on the bottom of my brand new car was ripped off. It’s been frustrating and has affected my peace at home. I still appreciate the community, the staff, and the upkeep of the property, but the noise disturbances from neighbors have unfortunately impacted my overall experience.
