The Place on Southwestern

It rare you come to apartments and there is a duo better than Tamara and Quentin I must say. They both made my move in swiftly and professionally wasn’t no stress any thing I asked was handled in under 5 minutes. Also my apartment was most definitely up to par and ready for my move in. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I had a great experience with tamara from start to end in the leasing process. The staff is helpful and she provided assistance at each step and was answered all are questions and queries. The apartments are great.

It's been over 3 months now at The SouthWestern, and this place has exceeded every expectation, offering both a calm environment and a strong sense of security for our family. Its location is a huge advantage, just a 5-minute walk from UT Southwestern Medical Center, which makes my daily commute incredibly convenient. What really made the difference for us was the outstanding support from Yudith Reyes. From our very first inquiry, she guided us with patience, clarity, and genuine care. She made the entire leasing process straightforward and stress-free, always quick to respond and proactive in sharing information. Even after we moved in, Yudith’s support did not stop. She's consistently proactive with any requests regarding our apartment, personally coordinating with the maintenance team and making sure everything was handled promptly and properly. It has been a great experience so far.
