Maintenance at our new apartment has been leagues above any other apartment I have rented. A few things here and there on move in, all but two were fixed quickly. I will come back later. Thanks.

Stayed here for a year. The leasing manager Adrianna was the best. She always returned messages and phone calls. The maintenance team always repair things in a timely manner. Especially Jesse. He always went above and beyond to make sure our issues were taking care of.

I lived at the Monroe for 6 years, and, although rent prices increased by 30% during that time, the experience became progressively worse. I loved the neighborhood, but I dealt with mice, rats, hot water leaks, mold, and absent, inattentive management. When I decided to move out, I went multiple times to the leasing office to make arrangements, and no one was ever there. I finally notified management via email, and they did not respond for several weeks. Take positive reviews with a grain of salt. For a while they were offering a $25 rent credit in exchange for a 5-star review.

I've been at The Monroe Townhomes and Apartments for 2 years and I can say that the management team really does care about their residents. Not only is the staff friendly they also work hard to make sure the property is well kept and looking nice. It makes me feel good about where I live. Great job, guys!! Keep up the good work!! 😊👏👏👏
