The Monroe Townhomes & Apartments

I lived at the Monroe for 6 years, and, although rent prices increased by 30% during that time, the experience became progressively worse. I loved the neighborhood, but I dealt with mice, rats, hot water leaks, mold, and absent, inattentive management. When I decided to move out, I went multiple times to the leasing office to make arrangements, and no one was ever there. I finally notified management via email, and they did not respond for several weeks. Take positive reviews with a grain of salt. For a while they were offering a $25 rent credit in exchange for a 5-star review.

I've been at The Monroe Townhomes and Apartments for 2 years and I can say that the management team really does care about their residents. Not only is the staff friendly they also work hard to make sure the property is well kept and looking nice. It makes me feel good about where I live. Great job, guys!! Keep up the good work!! 😊👏👏👏

Stay away from these apartments. Moving here was the biggest mistake I ever made. Within just 6 weeks of being there my dryer broke 4 x , had 3 different leaks, bugs everywhere.. I saw a review and it said the maintenance team just duct tapes everything together and it’s absolutely true. Everything is falling about inside the units. They’ve been doing renovations outside but inside is terrible. Floors are caved in… I probably received 1 out of 5 packages I ordered while living here. It was such a headache. There was So much mold in the vents and elsewhere. and not to mention there is 0 ac upstairs. It’s terrible in the summer time. They’d add on extra fees every month.. the leasing managers are terrible. They’re never in the office and never answer the phone or respond to emails. It has taken weeks for a response from them. I’m convinced the good reviews are fake and paid. Learn from my mistake and go elsewhere.

Their need became a well deserved approached to safety and accommodation. With the concern of the property, I confirm that the setting up is secured and accessible for them. I am very pleased the team.😃

Since new management took over last year, this place has really changed. I can tell they are working really hard to keep this place looking so good. Ohh.. and the new lights they put up in the BBQ area are awesome! I am a current vendor of the property.
