The Milo Apartments

This place has cockroaches and rats Plus I came for my down payment which I had to pick up in person but nobody was in office when I emailed. Just overall poor service

I had the unfortunate experience of returning to my parked vehicle, finding my windshield further cracked. I made a complaint to the DHA Housing approximately 3 weeks ago regarding a similar previous incident regarding the same soccer court; which belongs to the Milo Apartment and I'm currently waiting for a response. I initially contacted Milo Apt. management, expressed my grievance about guys playing soccer, intentionally kicking the soccer ball into the air & over the fence, and the ball hits people's vehicles. I was disregarded by Milo Apt. management and no safeguards have yet to be established. It's as if Milo Apt. condone the damaging of personal property Me and my husband's windshields have been damaged by the reckless behavior of those individuals playing within the soccer court.

Don’t recommend….I lived there for two years someone broke my bedroom window reported it to office also did a police report which never got fix. And i just moved out and know Im getting charged for and the cleaning 150 after i cleaned the apartment & was NEVER Notified That I needed a professional cleaning done I also walked the apartment with office staff and took pictures they gave me there word and said everything was good to go I find it unfair and very unprofessional Office Staff needs better communication and better training. I refuse to pay this amount to the apartment complex. They are ripoff. I do not recommend I will like for the owner to contact me so I can provide more info NOT OFFICE STAFF!!
