The Marquis on Gaston

I have been here about 3 years and did not have a problem until I switched to a different unit. There are rats in the wall. Running around and squealing all night. I have tried to get it dealt with, but they do the bare minimum and that won't fix the problem. You have to get them out of the wall before they die or chew a hole into my apartment.

Love living here! Package room is surprisingly organized, maintenance is fast, community is clean, parking is easy, and trash is consistent. Leasing team is always helpful, especially Stef!

I lived here for two years, and overall I had a really positive experience. The only downside was the inevitable noise on the weekends from the nearby clubs, which is expected given the location. Aside from that, living here was great and I always felt comfortable and taken care of. On the other hand most of the staff apart from Stef were unfriendly and non responsive. Stef is by far one of the most attentive, understanding, and knowledgeable people at the Marquis. Anytime I had questions or needed assistance, he was quick to help and made the process easy and stress-free. His professionalism and approachability truly stood out and made a difference in my overall experience living here.

Marquis on Gaston is a great, welcoming and warm community. It’s our first apartment in Dallas, the leasing office was extremely welcoming and helping, walking us through each step of the process. Big shoutout to Stefan, Mike and Cassie for taking care of us. They are exceptional professionals and caring people. It feels safe, apartment itself is new and clean, all the kitchen and bathroom utilities are new. When our shower rod fell down, maintenance guy came to fix it quite quick and the problem was resolved. What I like especially about this place is the pools, they are clean and nice. The mailing room is locked, so all the deliveries are safe. Walking proximity to downtown. Great choice if you are looking for a place to call home.

From the very first tour, the customer service team has been incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. The office staff is always responsive and genuinely cares about the residents' needs. The move-in process was smooth and well-organized. They guided me through every step, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was perfect before I arrived. Maintenance is also fast and reliable—every request has been handled promptly and with a great attitude. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and peaceful. I’m truly grateful to call Marquis on Gaston my home. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for quality living and outstanding service in Dallas.
