*EDIT: changing my original review. The staff HAD been very responsive and quick to fix maintenance problems. Now emails go unanswered. When you go in person promises are made and then ignored. The new AI phone system is impossible to use and disconnects the minute you are "transferred ". If the current answering system is not scrapped, and maintenance continues to go unaddressed I will be looking for a new place. I really hate this because I've lived here for 3 years. It is close to where I work and close to so many places I go, but the inability to get issues resolved is not worth the frustration.

Following my first review I realized I missed some details, like how we were promised a move in special, $500 off our first month and $250 off our second month, which was failed to be applied two months in a row until I had to go to the office and ask about it for a third time they said they would apply it and it still wasn’t applied so I had to call again and they then applied the $750 credit to our account. We have been very calm and cordial about these mistakes and I just have a hard time understanding why we are being met with such rudeness like we don’t pay to live there. The manager who I found name is Gina has been so rude when we’ve very calmly tried to discuss this and has met us with nothing but a bad attitude. Truly makes me sick how you can work with people and treat them so poorly.

When we moved in, we were so excited this really seemed like a great place to live. The leasing staff was friendly. Location was great. Everything seemed fine until today. When my roommate’s car got towed and it’s because her car was never registered when the day we moved in, she emailed her information for her car to be registered at the apartment. We have emails To confirm the date and time that her information to register, her vehicle was sent in. However, it was never registered and today her car was towed when I went into the leasing office. The manager was incredibly rude to me, explaining that she could only vouch for cars that were registered and she only registered mine, which is true. She Failed to register my roommates car and was so incredibly rude to the both of us once I found the email proving that she sent in her information to register her car. I went back and discussed with employee member said she would tell the manager, however when my roommate called to make sure it was going to be waived, she was once again rude to her, telling her that they would not be releasing her car without a fee, even though they are at fault. I was told by staff the manager would be informed of this however my roommate called to ask and once again she said that she never said she would release the car. So there is a big miscommunication. My roommate told her I would go in in person to discuss this and the manager replied “is that a threat?” When simply all we are trying to do is calmly discuss the matter and she’s been nothing but rude to us. Everybody in the staff is so friendly and nice, but this has just put the worst taste in her mouth living here. We sent in her information the day we moved in and they failed to register it and now we have to pay for them failing to do their job.

Just moved in and experienced roof leakage and mosquito infestation, also started seeing roaches!!! This is so embarrassing. On top of that, we got shot at in our unit, and they said it wasn’t in their control to do anything about it. We felt unsafe and they couldn’t provide any solutions.
