The Lofts at SMU

The team is phenomenal- warm, friendly and professional. They often go out of their way to offer help.. not just waiting to be asked. Joe made us feel at home in our first visit. He is such a great representative of the Lofts. Frank volunteered to help me with an issue on move in day. The warmth of the staff makes the location and fabulous lofts that much better!

I have lived here for over a year, and it has been incredibly quiet. I absolutely love the tall ceilings and large loft-style windows. My biggest concern when moving was dealing with stomping or loud neighbors, but in over a year, I haven’t had a single issue. Joy and the office staff are exceptionally accommodating and helpful, which has made the experience even better. With the new pool scheduled for completion in June, I plan to stay for quite some time.

Joy and the entire Lofts at Mockingbird Station staff are wonderful! Everyone is very kind, accommodating, quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and maintenance issues are handled quicky and correctly. I appreciate everything they do to keep the property clean and up to date. I am truly enjoying my experience living at the Lofts at Mockingbird Station.

I want to give a big thank you to the management team for how promptly and professionally they handled a recent maintenance issue. They were extremely responsive, coordinated the right resources, and made sure the problem was properly resolved. Special shoutout to Joy, Joe, and Mario for stepping up, communicating clearly, and ensuring everything was handled the right way. I really appreciate the effort taken to make things right and the focus on resident safety. Overall, a great example of responsive and reliable property management. Separately, I want to highlight my overall experience living here. I’ve lived in three different units over time, and across every one, the team has consistently been welcoming, helpful, and responsive. There are usually little to no maintenance issues, and when something does come up, it’s handled quickly. It has truly been an exceptional living experience.

Living at the Lofts at Mockingbird Station truly feels like home. The space is cozy, welcoming, and has provided a sense of comfort that’s hard to find in apartment living. A huge reason I’m renewing my lease for a fourth year is because of management, but specifically because of Joy. She is incredibly attentive, genuinely caring, and always goes above and beyond to accommodate residents. Her responsiveness and thoughtfulness make a real difference, and it’s rare to find a property manager who takes such pride in creating a positive living experience. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.
