Peter with maintenance was quick, professional, and did a great job. All the maintenance folks have been great with fast response times.

I submitted my maintenance over the weekend and when I came back from work on Monday everything was fixed! It took me like an hour to realised they had been home and everything was fixed because they didn’t left a mess like they do in other apartments. Alfredo did an amazing job. Thank you!

Someone, not sure who took offense to my filing a police report due to what was seemed as racial bias and stuck me with a unbelievable bill . Mind you this was after hiring cleaners and dealing with a high mosquito issue in my place. I was told if moved out by a certain time I would not be charged and was charged more. 5x more than owed. Emotional people do not belong in Office. I have attempted to speak with someone and can't. I can post photos , police report and emails if necessary. Id prefer to speak with someone professional can't get assistance. Replying with a copy paste response only escalates the situation. I short, I felt very disrespected, lied to and robbed by your company, Owner!!

Super fast maintenance! I had an issue with my HVAC and Alfredo was here in an hour! It doesn’t get better than that. Grateful to live somewhere with a team that responds promptly to requests! Thanks, Alfredo!
