The Hampton on Jupiter

I loved that they helped us move in fast. We have been here for about a month and th air conditioning went out they said they would fix it but it has been over a week and still not have fixed it. This is not the right way to keep residents “happy”.

I am regretting moving here. This is the worst. I’ve been without an AC as of Sunday, June 7 2026 It’s Thursday, June 11 2026 And they are not in a hurry to do anything about it. I had to go get my own AC unit and with that being said they’re not in a hurry to fix anything. I’m on the third floor. The sun is beating down. It’s hot up here. The AC I have is not enough, but they’re not doing anything to fix the main ac I’ll tell you this. They are very helpful to get you in here. They will do anything to help you to move into the apartment complex. I’ll give them that but once you’re in here they’re not gonna do anything for you. Just let that be known These are some big facts. I’m not lying. I promise. This is not a lie. This is ridiculous. No AC.

I’ve been in this apartment since March and has put in over 6 work orders for my air ! Yes I live on the second floor I understand that but air is not properly cooling apartment and when they come they don’t really check I’ve called the office and ask for head maintenance say he changed a part but air still not working this is unacceptable
